We currently ship within Canada.
Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping rates:
Shipping rates are based on the delivery region and order subtotal before tax.
British Columbia:
- Orders $99 CAD and up: Free standard shipping
- Orders from $39 CAD to $98.99 CAD: Standard shipping $7.99 CAD
- Orders under $39 CAD: Standard shipping $14.99 CAD
Rest of Canada:
- Orders $129 CAD and up: Free standard shipping
- Orders from $39 CAD to $128.99 CAD: Standard shipping $12.99 CAD
- Orders under $39 CAD: Standard shipping $16.99 CAD
Remote or difficult-to-serve areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. Final shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Delivery time:
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times may be shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation, where available. Delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, carrier disruptions, or remote-area service limitations.
Tracking:
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Incorrect address / failed delivery:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Damaged in transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can help.
Undelivered orders:
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the applicable estimated delivery date, or within 30 days of purchase if no estimated delivery date was provided, you may have cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
