Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at health@herbhelper.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-returnable items:
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered items, items without their original packaging or seal, or items marked as final sale.

Returns (unopened items):
If your item is unopened and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, except where cancellation rights apply under applicable law.

Chargebacks:
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first and we will do our best to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
